Individual Counselling
There is no single reason someone seeks individual counselling. You might be navigating a significant life transition, processing grief or loss, managing anxiety or depression, or simply carrying a weight you haven't been able to put down. You might have a diagnosis and no real map for what it means for your daily life. Or you might just know that something needs to shift, without being able to name exactly what.
Whatever brings you here, you don't need to arrive with the right words or a clear explanation. That's what the work is for.

What to Expect
Your first session is a chance to share what's brought you here and what feels most pressing right now. There's no agenda beyond beginning to understand you and what you need.
Ongoing sessions are held at a pace that works for you. The work moves through understanding your patterns and underlying dynamics, building sustainable ways of managing and communicating, and supporting real, practical change, in whatever order makes sense for where you are.
Sessions are 50 minutes in person or via Telehealth.
